Full judgment

1. This appeal is struck out, pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 (‘the Rules’) as the Appellant failed to comply with a Direction of a Legal Officer of the Tribunal dated 12 September 2025 to file a dated copy of the decision under appeal by 26 September 2025, he having failed to comply with previous Directions dated 26 June 2025, to the same effect, requiring a copy of the decision under appeal to be filed within 28 days of the date of those Directions.

2. The Appellant was also directed in the said Directions dated 12 September 2025 to provide a declaration of truth on the Notice of Appeal, lodged on 24 June 2025, by 26 September 2025.

3. The Appellant failed to comply with the requirements set out in either set of Directions and has continued to fail to comply to date.

4. The said Directions dated 12 September 2025 also stated that failure by the Appellant to comply with the Directions could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal, pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of the Rules.

5. The appeal, therefore, was incomplete, pursuant to Rule 22(3) of the Rules. Signed: Tribunal Judge McMahon Date: 17 October 2025
