Full judgment

1. The Appellant submitted an appeal to the Tribunal on 10 th October 2024 using form GRC1. The appeal was incomplete, however, as it did not include a copy of the decision which the Appellant was seeking to appeal. The Tribunal wrote to the Appellant on 28 th October 2024 to inform them that this was missing, and on 23 rd January 2025, the Appellant was sent case management directions which directed that a copy of the decision notice must be provides to the Tribunal. The Appellant was notified in those directions that a failure to comply with them could lead to the appeal being struck out under Rule 8(3)(a). 2. To date, there has been no response from the Appellant, either to the email of 28 th October 2024 or to the directions of 23 rd January 2025. The appeal is therefore struck out for failing to comply with those directions under Rule 8(3)(a). Signed Date: Judge Armstrong-Holmes 29 th September 2025
