Full judgment

1. This appeal, dated 8 April 2025, is against a decision of the Respondent dated 26 May 2025, refusing the Appellants application for a third trainee driving instructor licence. 2. In Case Management Directions issued by the Tribunal dated 1 October 2025, it was noted that the Appellant had failed to comply with Case Management Directions dated 14 My 2025 by not lodging a completed Case Management Questionnaire by 13 May 2025. However, in further Case Management Directions dated 15 July 2025, it was decided to take no action in respect of that non-compliance and the parties were directed to furnish a completed Case Management Questionnaire by 5 August 2025. The Appellant again failed to comply. 3. The Appellant was further advised in the said Case Management Directions dated 1 October 2025, that if she failed to comply, her appeal may be struck out pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) or (b) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 (‘the Rules’), but was invited, pursuant to Rule 8(4) of the Rules, to make representations within 14 days as to why her appeal should not be struck out. The Appellant failed, again, to comply and did not make any representations as to why this appeal should not be struck out. 4. Accordingly, this appeal is struck out. Signed Tribunal Judge McMahon Date: 23 December 2025.
