1. LORD JUSTICE GAGE: This is a renewed application for permission to appeal against a judgment of His Honour Judge Cockroft given on Thursday 31 March 2005. The applicant having been refused permission to appeal on the papers renewed his application by way of an oral hearing. The matter has been set down for hearing today with a time marking of 10.30. It is now 11.30. The applicant is not present and accordingly I dismiss his application for permission. (Application dismissed; no order for costs).
