Judgment (Approved) Sir Stanley Burnton : 1. T he applicant has not appeared. No reasons have been given for her non-appearance. I have nonetheless considered the papers and I am clear that this application does not satisfy the requirements for permission to appeal to be given, and accordingly the application is refused.
